Aser Solomon Boakye Boamah

Mr Aser Solomon Boakye-Boamah is a Chartered Administrator, consultant, and seasoned professional with over 13 years of diverse experience spanning higher education, project management, corporate governance, leadership development, and customer service. His expertise lies in creating robust systems and strategies that drive operational excellence and growth.
As a Board Member of Regal Risk Ghana, a multinational reinsurance broking firm, Aser brings his strategic acumen, innovative mindset, and a strong background in governance to the leadership team. His ability to align organizational goals with market demands ensures that Regal Risk delivers cutting-edge solutions to its global clientele, reinforcing its status as a trusted reinsurance partner.
Currently serving as the School Registrar at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Business School, Mr Boakye-Boamah oversees admissions, academic planning, and student experience. Notably, he led the implementation of GIMPA’s ERP solution across all campuses, focusing on data integrity and integration—skills that seamlessly translate into his governance role at Regal Risk.
Mr Boakye-Boamah holds an MBA in Business Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). His passion for leveraging data and technology, combined with his leadership capabilities, makes him an invaluable asset to organizations committed to innovation and excellence.

Margaret Ocansey-Numo

Margaret Ocansey-Numo is a Chartered Insurance professional an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, ACII (UK) and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute Ghana, CIIG.
She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Diploma in Business Studies- Accounting from the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA), Applied Insurance Studies Advanced Diploma and Diploma from Malta International Training Centre & Ghana Insurance College.
Margaret has over a decade’s experience in professional insurance brokerage from local and international insurance brokerage companies. Her professional experience covers various sectors including manufacturing, downstream petroleum, finance, agriculture, marine, logistics and the like. She has led the establishment and growth of broking companies into success.
Margaret offers a broad range of technical advice and expertise with 14 years of experience as an insurance broker having served as Manager Claims and Renewals at Risk Management & Advisory Services Limited, Operations Manager at Ascoma Ghana and General Manager, Viba Insurance Brokers Limited.
Peter Kwarteng
Profile
Peter has held various leadership roles in the reinsurance industry, previously serving as Assistant Manager at Ghana Reinsurance Company Ltd. and Technical Manager at WAICA Reinsurance Corporation. He also gained experience in the United States as a Reinsurance Technical Analyst at Acrisure Re in Burlington, North Carolina and Central Insurance Company Ltd, Alpharetta, Georgia.
He is a Fellow and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK, Associate In Reinsurance, ARe (USA) and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, CPCU (USA). Peter holds an MBA-Finance degree from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Ghana.
Charles Mills
Profile
Charles is a seasoned and astute reinsurer with extensive knowledge of the Ghanaian and West African markets. He is one of the leading names in reinsurance in Ghana, and his professional career is riddled with a lot of innovative work.
Charles is a great team player and driven by a passion to offer excellent service. His immaculate performance saw him rise from his junior entry position to become Head of Reinsurance at the pinnacle of his career.
He enjoyed a very fruitful career spanning almost four decades with Ghana’s state insurance company, SIC Insurance Plc.
He rose to become The deputy head of Reinsurance and subsequently, Head of reinsurance for over seven years.
Under his guidance, the company saw significant improvement in its reinsurance programs, business expansion, and growth. He was one of the poineers who brokered several deals in Oil & Gas and other energy related risk management when Ghana discovered oil.
At the time of his retirement in September, 2023, he was a member of the following committees; Management , Claims settlement, Standing joint negotiations.
He holds a diploma in insurance from the West African Insurance Institute.
Yaw Oteng Karikari

Yaw Oteng-Karikari is a highly accomplished public policy and management professional with extensive experience in asset management, public administration, and policy analysis. He has a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning in various roles within the Ministry of Finance in Ghana. His expertise in public policy, asset management, and strategic planning, combined with his commitment to professional development, positions him as a key leader in his field.
He is an awardee of Mandela Washington Fellowship, Young African Leaders Initiative, a prestigious fellowship for young African leaders by the US State department. He was adjudged Best Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University.
He started his career with Ghana’s parliament as an Administrative assistant to the Women Caucus in Parliament before moving to the Ministry of Finance as Assistant Director Human resources and rising through the ranks to Head, non-financial assets, Public Investment and Assets Division. He has over 17 years of public administration expertise and has served on various committees and bodies in Africa. His key skills are in Policy Analysis, Asset Management, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Engagement, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).
Oteng-Karikari holds a First Class Honors from University of Ghana in Political Science and Linguistics as well as Master of Science in Public policy management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Post graduate certificate in Public Administration from GIMPA.
Theresa Adanvor

Theresa is a highly accomplished professional with over 40 years of extensive experience in auditing and business intelligence. She launched her career as an Assistant Accountant at the University of Ghana, gaining invaluable skills that set the stage for her future success. Subsequently, she served as an Auditor at the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) before joining Ghana’s prestigious Fortune 500 company, COCOBOD, where she excelled as an Auditor and finally becoming the Head of Intelligence.
Theresa's influence extends beyond her roles in the corporate sector.She has made notable contributions to various Boards and Voluntary Organizations. As the past President of the OLA Girls Association and a board member of OLA Secondary School, the Seminary, the Vocational Committee, and the Sacred Heart Confraternity, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to community service. Currently, she is the Auditor of the Nobel Order of Ladies of Marshall Court, Ho and serves on the Finance & Investment Committee under the Grand Court, as well as the Evaluation & Monitoring Committee of MaSIF.
Theresa's educational background is impressive. She holds a master’s degree in Governance and Leadership, a Professional Certificate in Corporate Governance and ACIS, and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies (UPSA).
