Peter is an experienced reinsurance specialist, boasts over 18 years of expertise across the USA, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. His specialization lies in Marine Insurance, Oil and Gas Insurance Underwriting. Peter’s track record includes successful development and implementation of strategic plans, complemented by a distinctive blend of business acumen. His unwavering commitment to exceptional service is matched by his deep understanding of reinsurance accounting.
Peter has held various leadership roles in the reinsurance industry, previously serving as Assistant Manager at Ghana Reinsurance Company Ltd. and Technical Manager at WAICA Reinsurance Corporation. He also gained experience in the United States as a Reinsurance Technical Analyst at Acrisure Re in Burlington, North Carolina and Central Insurance Company Ltd, Alpharetta, Georgia.
He is a Fellow and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK, Associate In Reinsurance, ARe (USA) and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, CPCU (USA). Peter holds an MBA-Finance degree from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Ghana.

Charles is a seasoned and astute reinsurer with extensive knowledge of the Ghanaian and West African markets. He is one of the leading names in reinsurance in Ghana, and his professional career is riddled with a lot of innovative work. Charles is a great team player and driven by a passion to offer excellent service. His immaculate performance saw him rise from his junior entry position to become Head of Reinsurance at the pinnacle of his career. He enjoyed a very fruitful career spanning almost four decades with Ghana’s state insurance company, SIC Insurance Plc. He rose to become The deputy head of Reinsurance and subsequently, Head of reinsurance for over seven years. Under his guidance, the company saw significant improvement in its reinsurance programs, business expansion, and growth. He was one of the poineers who brokered several deals in Oil & Gas and other energy related risk management when Ghana discovered oil. At the time of his retirement in September, 2023, he was a member of the following committees; Management , Claims settlement, Standing joint negotiations. He holds a diploma in insurance from the West African Insurance Institute.

Justin is a seasoned chartered surveyor and facilities manager, boasting a distinguished 19-year career in valuation and facilities management. His impressive portfolio includes the management of prestigious properties in Accra, extensive research in the property market, and leadership roles in esteemed organizations. Notably, he served as a valuer at Assenta Property Consulting, facilities manager at Linda's Court and BPA Heights, and center manager at Oxford Street Mall. Justin led the Facilities Management and Brokerage division at Assenta Property Consulting. His professional credentials include Chartered Surveyor status and membership in the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS). He holds a first-class honors degree in Land Economy from KNUST and an MBA in project management from GIMPA, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to excellence in his field.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant (ICA, GH), His impressive career spans over eighteen years, with Managing partner and senior finance roles at Zeba Consult and Zeba Medical Center respectively. Richard has demonstrated exceptional leadership, headed finance teams and provided concise and insightful accounting reports that facilitate informed decision-making. His expertise in financial reporting is complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and  master’s in economics from the University of Cape Coast. Richard's unique blend of technical skills, leadership acumen, and ability to distill complex financial information makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
